Yorkville Village is a newly renovated retail centre within an iconic Toronto neighbourhood that features the intersection of unique personalities, styles and offerings.

Illustrations referencing the colourful characters of Yorkville were hidden within the folded pages of a traditional Leasing Booklet, only to be revealed when the pages were torn.
Environmental graphics and retail signage were created to signal activity and excitement ahead of the official relaunch.
